Practical Session 2 Update - USA

We appreciate how much the cancellation of our exams has affected learners And we are working hard on solutions to ensure learners can gain their qualifications at the earliest opportunity.

However, on the basis of official and local advice we will be cancelling Session 2 Practical exams scheduled for October-December. Our Representatives will provide further guidance in due course. Free resources from our friends at Figurenotes

Staying at home comes with some challenges. But one HUGE positive is that we can still make music. You might even have more time on your hands to practise! This is a great time to pick up that new instrument, learn a new piece or finally nail that beast of a drum fill you have always dreamed of playing.

So dust off your instrument and get your hands on a bundle of FREE resources from Figurenotes here. These are ideal for teachers to send to their students too - great support for those adapting to online teaching.

In addition to these free resources, Figuresnotes will be posting many lovely musical challenges on their social media channels: TwitterFacebook, and Instagram. They’ll be sharing the best responses, so share yours by tagging Figurenotes and using the hashtag #FigurenotesAtHome.

Figurenotes are also actively taking requests for tunes and resources to share everyone. For everything they share, they’ll be posting the editable files in the Resource Base for their members, making it easy to adapt them for learners’ needs.
