ABRSM Youth Advisory Board
In September 2023 we launched our first ever UK Youth Advisory Board, as part of our commitment to championing and supporting the next generation of musicians and embedding the voices of young people within ABRSM.
The Youth Advisory Board consists of thirty UK-based children and young people aged 10 to 25 across three sub-groups: Juniors (10 – 13); Seniors (14 – 17); and Young Adults (18 – 25). The Board meets regularly to discuss a wide range of topics relating to ABRSM and music education more broadly.
Why join?
There are lots of reasons to consider joining ABRSM’s Youth Advisory Board: connect with other young musicians that share a passion for music; represent the voices of the many young people that ABRSM serves; find out more about how ABRSM works behind the scenes; contribute your ideas and feedback to a global music education organisation; develop a wide range of skills and enhance your CV; and much more!
How can I apply?
Applications to our Youth Advisory Board open periodically and further information will be shared on this page and via our social channels. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
